Group Fit - H.I.I.T.: Loading Price...
Class Description: This fast-paced class is based on the Tabata training principles designed to blast calories and torch body fat! Each class is divided into multiple intensive 4-minute segments of high-intensity exercises. Give your all-out effort through quick intensive bursts of exercise, followed by short active rest periods. Not only will this class help you build cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, and endurance, but it will challenge you to push your limits and have you walking out feeling strong. HIIT will test your maximum effort and produce a great sweat.
Must be a current member or purchase a day pass to Ping Recreation Center in order to register and attend group fitness classes.
Every Group Fitness class requires pre-registration. Registration for each Group Fitness class opens 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time. You can reserve your spot by selecting 'Register' under the desired date/time below.
Plan to arrive 15 minutes ahead of class start to allow enough time for check-in
Pre-registered particiants MUST arrive ON-TIME or risk losing their spot to participants on the STANDBY list.
