Program Details

Class Description: Circuit training is a fast-paced class structure in which you do one exercise for a short interval of time before moving to the next. Step up to the challenge of improving your overall strength, agility, and endurance as you work your way through tough sets of exercises timed in specific intervals. With the use of both high-intensity aerobics in combination with resistance training, this class ensures a quick and effective total body workout!

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

Must be a current member or purchase a day pass to Ping Recreation Center in order to register and attend group fitness classes.

Every Group Fitness class requires pre-registration. Registration for each Group Fitness class opens 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time. You can reserve your spot by selecting 'Register' under the desired date/time below.

Plan to arrive 15 minutes ahead of class start to allow enough time for check-in

Pre-registered particiants MUST arrive ON-TIME or risk losing their spot to participants on the STANDBY list.
