Group Fit - Cardio Dance: Loading Price...
Class Description: If you love to dance, this class is for you! Set to popular music, this fast-paced workout is a fun and easy-to-follow way to strengthen your heart and burn some calories. Don't be afraid to dance your heart out and break a sweat. No dance experience necessary!
Must be a current member or purchase a day pass to Ping Recreation Center in order to register and attend group fitness classes.
Every Group Fitness class requires pre-registration. Registration for each Group Fitness class opens 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time. You can reserve your spot by selecting 'Register' under the desired date/time below.
Plan to arrive 15 minutes ahead of class start to allow enough time for check-in
Pre-registered particiants MUST arrive ON-TIME or risk losing their spot to participants on the STANDBY list.
