This 45-minute cycling workshop will help increase your cardiovascular endurance as it leads you to pedal your way through a variety of resistance hills, climbs and intervals. There is no complicated choreography with easy to learn techniques. Intensity is controlled by you, making cycling appropriate for all levels of fitness.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

Must be a current member or purchase a day pass to Ping Recreation Center in order to register and attend group fitness classes.

Every Group Fitness class requires pre-registration. Registration for each Group Fitness class opens 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time. You can reserve your spot by selecting 'Register' under the desired date/time below.

Plan to arrive 15 minutes ahead of class start to allow enough time for check-in

Pre-registered particiants MUST arrive ON-TIME or risk losing their spot to participants on the STANDBY list.
